What We Look For

  • Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing roofing replacement & repair properly, not just quickly.
  • Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
  • Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
  • Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
  • Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.

Experience in roofing replacement & repair or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Roles We Hire For

We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.

Roofing Installer

Work with the field crew on residential roof installation and replacement projects, including tear-off, material handling, underlayment, shingle installation, flashing support, and jobsite cleanup.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable with outdoor physical work and changing weather conditions
  • Able to follow jobsite safety procedures and crew direction
  • Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Roofing or construction experience is helpful but not required for every opening

Roof Repair Technician

Inspect and complete residential repair work involving shingles, flashing, roof penetrations, valleys, transitions, and other localized roofing problems.

Qualifications

  • Previous roofing or exterior construction experience
  • Comfort working on residential roofs of varying pitches
  • Ability to think through likely water-entry paths
  • Clear communication with project leads and homeowners

Roofing Project Lead

Help organize residential roofing projects from material staging through completion, coordinate the crew, watch key installation details, and communicate field conditions that affect the planned scope.

Qualifications

  • Strong residential roofing experience
  • Ability to lead a small crew and keep work organized
  • Working knowledge of shingles, underlayment, flashing, and roof transitions
  • Good judgment around jobsite safety, weather, access, and property protection

Customer & Project Coordinator

Support customer communication, estimate follow-up, scheduling, project notes, and coordination between homeowners and the field team.

  • Comfort managing schedules and detailed project notes
  • Reliable follow-through
  • Experience in home services, construction, or customer support is helpful
