Only you, or someone registered with the California Secretary of State and authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal information; you may also make a request on behalf of your minor child. You may make a request to know or access personal information up to twice within a 12-month period.

We may need additional information to verify your identity or the scope of your request; you are never required to create an account with us to submit or complete a request.

Response timing

We aim to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will tell you why and when to expect a response. Disclosures cover the 12-month period preceding the request. We do not charge a fee to process a request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, in which case we will explain why and provide a cost estimate before proceeding.
