The People You Will Work With
Caleb Whitaker
Caleb grew up south of Asheville and started in roofing on local residential crews before moving into repair work, estimating, and project leadership. He still enjoys being on-site when a complicated leak needs to be traced, and outside of work he spends many fall weekends hiking sections of the Blue Ridge Parkway with his wife and young son.
Mason Greene
Mason grew up in Henderson County and has a practical eye for roof layout, flashing details, and keeping an active jobsite organized. He is usually the person checking material staging and work sequencing in the morning, and he spends his free time restoring an older pickup in his garage near Fletcher.
Emily Brooks
Emily is an Asheville native who keeps project calendars, homeowner updates, and the moving pieces between estimates and scheduled work from getting lost. She is known in the office for keeping detailed notes, and on weekends she is often at a local trailhead with her rescue dog, June.
How We Work Together
We try to make roofing feel less uncertain. That starts with listening to what the homeowner has noticed, inspecting the roof as conditions allow, and explaining whether the problem appears limited or part of broader wear. We then define the scope so the customer knows what the proposed work is meant to accomplish.
Once work begins, the priorities are preparation, communication, and a clean jobsite. Roofing projects can be noisy and disruptive, but they should not feel disorganized. Our team plans material placement, protects the work area as practical, communicates important discoveries, and cleans up once the job is complete.
