Our Service

Arden Roofing LLC offers homeowners access to information about roofing installation, replacement, and repair, cost and savings estimates, and a network of roof installers (the "Service"). To participate, you provide certain details about yourself and your property — such as your location and roof type — which we use to respond to your request.

Information may be sent by email and SMS, with a maximum of ten (10) SMS messages and ten (10) emails per month. Standard message and data rates may apply. By opting into the Service, you consent to be contacted by Arden Roofing via email and SMS. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Not Professional Advisors

Decisions about home improvement projects, particularly roofing, deserve careful consideration. Arden Roofing and its representatives — including agents, employees, officers, and partners — do not advocate for any specific decision through this site or any other means without first advising you to seek professional guidance. We are not contractors, nor do we represent ourselves as such. Content on this site is informational only and is not financial, accounting, legal, or other professional advice. You are encouraged to consult your own professional advisors for guidance specific to your situation.

By using this site, you acknowledge and accept that you assume all risk associated with your interactions with Arden Roofing or any partner referred through this site. Communications Opt-Out

You may opt out of communications from Arden Roofing at any time. To opt out of email, use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. All opt-out requests are processed within a reasonable time and in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

We do not guarantee successful delivery of email or SMS messages. Delivery can be affected by your wireless provider, device, location, terrain, and network conditions. We are not liable for losses arising from a message that is not delivered, is delivered late, is sent to the wrong number, or contains inaccurate or incomplete content.

Text messaging

• You can cancel text messages from us at any time by replying STOP. We will confirm your opt-out by reply; after that, you will no longer receive messages from us unless you sign up again.
• Reply HELP at any time for instructions on how to use the Service or how to unsubscribe.
• Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, and Jury Waiver

Please read the following carefully — it outlines the agreement between you and Arden Roofing to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration.

• Applicability. You and Arden Roofing agree that all claims and disputes — contractual, tort, or statutory — related to these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except disputes involving equitable relief for alleged unlawful use of copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, trade secrets, or patents, which are exempt from arbitration.
• Arbitration Rules. Arbitration is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, with ADR Services, Inc. serving as the arbitration provider (or an alternative forum if ADR Services is unavailable). Non-appearance-based arbitration may be used for claims under $10,000, conducted by telephone, online, written submissions, or a combination, chosen by the initiating party.
• Fees. ADR Services' fee schedule applies. Arden Roofing covers arbitration costs if it initiates arbitration. If you initiate arbitration, you pay the first $100 of the filing fee, and Arden Roofing covers the remainder and both parties' administrative fees.
• Authority of the Arbitrator. The arbitrator may decide disputes and grant relief as permitted by law and these Terms. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
• Waiver of Jury Trial. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes through arbitration.
• Waiver of Class or Consolidated Actions. Disputes must be arbitrated or litigated individually; class or consolidated actions are not permitted.
• Right to Waive. The rights and limitations in this arbitration agreement may be waived by the party against whom a claim is asserted.
• Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of becoming subject to it by notifying Arden Roofing in writing.
• Small Claims Court. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.
• Survival. This arbitration agreement remains in effect after your relationship with Arden Roofing ends.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Subscriber information is not shared or sold to third parties for their own direct marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes without your express consent. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Acceptance of These Terms

By using this site, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. Using or viewing this site indicates your intent to enter into a legally binding contract.
